If there is one business which knows that first impressions count, it’s Smile Direct Club. Founded in 2014 the company has already helped over 1 million people wanting to realign their teeth for a better smile. So when they decided to undertake a comprehensive overhaul of their in-shop facades, they approach the Hexcite Group to take charge.
Smile Direct Club wanted to improve the overall customer experience for visitors to two of their stores at Westfield sites, White City and Stratford. As part of this project, Hexcite were instructed to produce a new design for their stores, taking into account the current branding.
By combining the expert resources within Hexcite Group, Smile Direct Club were able to count on professional project management, high quality large format graphics production and inspirational signage design and installation.
Working closely with both Smile Direct Club and Westfield’s Retail Design Manager Angie Boustred, Hexcite Group delivered 4 design concept iterations to ensure the needs of both the brand and the landlord were met.
From there, Hexcite Group undertook the project management of the store refresh work, bringing in a contractor to complete the refit while producing the required stretch fabric graphics to be used at each location. Meanwhile, Blaze took the concept designs and manufactured new signage boxes, and visited each site to install them safely and efficiently.
The result? Two Smile Direct Club outlets which provided a new environment for visitors to talk with staff about their dental needs – and the decision to instruct Hexcite Group to re-work the company’s outlet in Milton Keynes.
